Local, state and federal government agencies, and entities funded by the state and federal government, must provide an equal opportunity to benefit from all of their programs, services and activities, regardless of disability. This means public transportation, health care settings, courts, voting locations, town meetings, etc. must provide you access to their services regardless of your disability.
